  The cabinet selection in the showroom is sparce, but the countertop selection is plentiful. The cabinet quality is poor, but the designers are qualified and busy. The initial customer service is good, but working with designers is frustrating due to their workload. All communication must be made through your contractor due to their discount pricing, that means you cannot get answers to your questions in a timely fashion. The saying "you get what you pay for" is true at JPD, their cabinetry looks good, but look closer. Within one year of purchasing kitchen cabinetry, it is showing wear & tear due to poor workmanship, not installation or usage. Recommendation: do your research and buy elsewhere.
